Shipping Policy

THIS SHIPPING POLICY IS ONLY FOR ORDERS WITHIN THE USA.

At VitaMed Equipment, we're committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience, which includes clear and transparent shipping policies. Please take a moment to review our shipping guidelines.

Upon placing an order, you will receive updates on its status and shipping details, along with the tracking number (via email) once the order has been dispatched.

Delivery Time:
Standard shipping: Please allow 1-3 business days for handing and 6-8 business days for shipping.

Delivery Costs:
We offer Free Delivery on most orders. Some larger items require white glove delivery. If applicable, the details will be listed on the product page.

We typically use UPS, FedEx and USPS for deliveries.We typically use

Order Journey:
1) After an order has been successfully paid and confirmed, you will see the estimated delivery time and cost for shipping on your order confirmation page. You will also receive an order confirmation message that will outline the estimated processing time for your order.

2) You’ll receive a shipment notification message that will provide you with the estimated delivery time for each package once it has shipped. We will also provide you the tracking number when it is ready. You can view this estimated delivery time under each package in your order history at the same time.

3) In most cases, your order will be delivered within the estimated time of delivery. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions, and other external factors. Kindly check the tracking information for the latest and most accurate delivery date.

Delivery Delay:
Should a delivery delay occur for any reason, rest assured that we will get in touch with you promptly. As a customer, you retain the right to cancel the purchase in the event of significant delivery delays.

Delivery Failure:
If delivery fails due to reasons attributable to the customer (such as providing an incorrect shipping address or unavailability to receive the package), or if the customer refuses to accept delivery, the package will be returned to sender at the customer's expense. These costs include any shipping costs incurred, which will be deducted from the total order amount to be refunded.

Change of Delivery Address:
Once your order is on its way, we can no longer change the delivery address. If you would like to change the delivery location, please contact us as soon as possible at Support@VitaMedEquipment.com or call us at 413-848-7299.

After Receiving Your Order:
Upon receipt, please carefully inspect the package and its contents to ensure they are intact and complete before signing for the delivery. If you discover any damage or discrepancies, please refuse delivery of the goods or sign for the goods as 'Damaged' and then contact us immediately.

Order Cancellation:
We're sorry to hear that you want to cancel your order! If your order has not yet been shipped, you will receive a full refund upon cancellation.

If your order has already shipped, you will need to request a refund as soon as you receive the order. Please see our Returns And Refund Policy for more information.

Gift Wrapping:
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer a gift wrapping service.

Holidays:
Please note that we do not deliver on holidays. Your package will be delivered the next working day.
