Return & Refund Policy

We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures. These policies are applicable to orders within the USA only. 

Note that returns are generally not accepted unless in the case of damage or defect. 

  • 30 DAY RETURN POLICY FOR DAMAGE OR DEFECT

    If you wish to return an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 30 days after delivery via email to Support@VitaMedEquipment.com. Please send a photo of the damaged or defective item along with an explanation of the issue. We will then send the courier to collect the item at no cost to you. We will send you a new item at no additional cost. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

    • RETURN PROCESS

      To start a return, you can contact us at Support@VitaMedEquipment.com or call us at 413-848-7299.. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

      • EXCHANGES

        We only exchange products that are damaged, the wrong product, wrong size, or defective. If you need to exchange an item please contact us at Support@VitaMedEquipment.com or call us at 413-848-7299..

        • RESTOCKING FEE

          We do not charge a restocking fee on returns for damaged or defective items.  

          • REFUNDS

          We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if a refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

          Refund Period:

          It takes 5-7 working days for the customer to receive a refund. 

          Please note that we return the money immediately to the customer’s card after the refund is approved. Still, their bank usually takes 5 -7 working days to process the refund and deposit it into the customer’s credit card account.

          Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):
          If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
          Then ,contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
